Future Plans
If your anything like me, you've been looking at every skill now available as of Factions. Not just Mesmer skills, but new skills for all the classes. The question I raise is what you think your build will be like in the later days of Factions, when you have all the skills you want.
Right now, I'm teetering either toward staying Me/E with Air magic, or going to Ritualist secondary. The problem lies in one or two things. First, the new Lightning Damage spells dont really seem to be anything worth crap to a Mesmer primary. And since I'm increasingly unhappy with the Air Magic skills I currently have, I'm seriously considering dropping them for the Lightning Damage skills in the Ritualist Line. They lack Armor Penetration, but the damage is generally higher on all of them.
As for the new Mesmer skills, there's alot of good ones to choose from. I've thought about doing a Glyph of Renewal/Auspicious Incantation build. Another reason to stay with Elementalist. If it works the way I think it will, Glyph will remove both of the recharge times inflicted by Auspicious. I'm also very interested in what Frag + Accumulated Pain + Phantom Pain would inccur.
And with my newfound love of Anti-Melee, Images of Remourse seems like it would be fun to play with. One final thing I was thinking of was using Mantra of Recovery or Glyph of Renewal and doing a Lyssa's Balance/Anti-Enchant Build for PVP. May work out well for destroying Monks.
I'm curious what everyone else has planned.

Looking forward to the next "to be nerfed" skill in the game images of remorse which does 250 damage for 5 energy... a skill in a line that really needed it

Well, I haven't had a decent look at the skill-lists yet...but the Mesmer skills don't overly excite me. (Nor do any, in any case.)

I had planned on switching to Me/A on my main mesmer, but I'm not sure if there's really enough in the A line to excite me as a combo. Most of the Assassin skills are, obviously, close-in dagger attacks. As a mesmer, I want to stay the heck far away. So, thus, my male mesmer may stay Me/E or go Me/N. I already have an E/Rt planned for the ritualist skills.
I will, however, be creating a new female mesmer (having deleted my other one recently), and she'll probably be Me/A. She's intended to be an experiment in mesmer Factions-only skills, so might as well.

I know I'll be bringing Shacks more often. Do like a Shackwrack as part of my e-denial. To be honest with you, guys, I have a hard time imagining me using most of the new elites. It's probably just the lack of experience... I know I'm going to still be doing my WarHate build with Inepti/IoR/Conjure/Cume Pain (probably ditch Clumsi). I know I will be using the new Sigs a lot and I plan on making a Sig build (with a non-Sig hex remover- I don't want to get shut down with smth like Rust or Ignorance). Quite frankly, I have a better idea what I'll be doing on my Necro than on my Mesmer.

I don't have any builds prepared yet, but I'll be looking at using the following spells on my existing mesmers...
Signet of Dispruption
Complicate
accumulated pain
images of remorse
ether signet
hex eater signet
power leech
Like other posters, I'm definately contemplating a Me/A... I'd go all shadow arts and general with skills like:
Dark Escape
Return
Shadow Refuge
Shroud of Distress
Vipers Defense
Dash/Recall/Signet of Malice

My plans are chaotic to really write down, I make builds on the spot and by whim so I can't really write it if I won't use it :/ Though I will probably run some form of Signet Build to test it out. Psychic Distraction may also be fun to use.

Well the reason for those 2 enchantments being who needs the energy if your using sigs ^_~; which makes holy wrath very, very appealing.
